For any complaint, the complaint service of Sodevin Company can be contacted as follows:
- By telephone: +33 (0)9 54 10 97 18. In that case, a written confirmation has to be attached by mail or postal service.

The Société de Développement Institutionnel commits to handle the complaints as follows in a delay of:
- Claim receipt acknowledgment : Within a maximum of 10 working days after the written complaint receiving, unless the answer itself is brought to the customer within this period,
- Claim answer : Within 2 months maximum as of receiving date of the complaint, except in the occurrence of special circumstances duly justified.
In the case an objection is raised to the conclusions reached by Sodevin, Sodevin undertakes to inform the claimant of the remedies available to him, i.e. to enter into mediation (recommended prior step before any legal action is taken before the courts) with the AMF Mediator:
